On the one hand,the communication’s characteristics of globalization,networking,mobility,and intelligence are becoming more prominent,with the ever-closer connection and integration of the global film and television market and the emergence of global and regional online video platforms. On the other hand,the pattern of global industrial competition has changed quietly and the US monopoly advantage has been further strengthened. Under the new pattern of the global film and television industry,China’s film and TV industry should be more international-oriented,actively participate in the international competition,and improve its quality and make upgrading amid the fierce competition,so as to enhance its international influence and competitiveness.
