In the modern archaeological context of media globalization through localization，the exploration of civilization source and international communication represented by Sanxingdui culture has evolved into a media ritual and cultural landscape closely related to civilization tracing and identity recognition. In view of this，based on the theoretical perspective of media practice，this report makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and characteristics of Sanxingdui’s communication on mainstream traditional media and social media platforms at home and abroad. Combined with the cross-cultural communication cases of Sanxingdui culture that are moving towards global curation and mutual learning of civilizations，the report examines the media practice and significance production of Sanxingdui Ruins and their culture，and proposes the development trend of international communication on Sanxingdui culture in the future：to build a broad cultural dialog community，develop the comprehensive communication power of digital alliance，and turn to the vision coding of “giving prominence to Chinese culture while satisfying the common needs” for cultural dialog，so as to seek a practical way to reach value consensus through sharing，promote the common development of global civilization through dialog，and expand the communication order of new world civilization by joint construction，thus providing strategic and practical reference for concretizing and telling China’s stories well and enhancing the effectiveness of dialogs on Chinese civilization.
