In 2022，China’s agricultural production overcame the impacts of the Covid-19 and disasters and operated smoothly on the whole. The total output of grain was 686.5 million tons，achieving an increase in production and a bumper harvest. The production of pigs was stable，the production of beef and mutton increased steadily，and the supply of meat，poultry，eggs and milk was sufficient. The prices for major agricultural products remained basically stable，while the prices for corn，wheat and soybeans increased at high levels，and the price for pigs generally decreased.
