The proposal of resilient city provides a new idea to improve the comprehensive function of the city from the perspective of robustness and adaptability. At present，the construction of resilient cities in China is still in its initial stage. Based on combing and summarizing the connotation and characteristics of urban resilience，this report constructs an urban resilience evaluation index system from the five dimensions of economic resilience，ecological resilience，social resilience，engineering resilience and management resilience，and measures and analyzes the urban resilience level of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in 2013-2020 years，at the same time，ArcGIS tools are used to show its temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and distribution，and finally put forward relevant suggestions，hoping to provide some reference for the construction of resilient cities of urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
