Digitalization evolution has become the main theme of global economic and social development，and urban digitalization has become a new track for major cities to compete for the commanding elevation. Based on the assessments of urban digital construction，such as Digitalization Evolution Index（2022），this report systematically evaluates digital infrastructure，digital society，digital government，digital economy and digital ecology of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province；and puts forward policy suggestions to enhance the digital competitiveness of Hangzhou.
