With the combination of COVID-19 and global economic uncertainties，and the dual carbon and high-quality development goals，how to determine the future development path of the traditional textile manufacturing industry has become the key problem faced by enterprises and the government. This paper takes Autaomazione shared manufacturing as an example to describe the development of the shared manufacturing industry，industry characteristics，product attributes，customer needs，market environment and existing problems，and presents Autaomazione shared manufacturing platform in an all-round way from the capacity building of shared manufacturing platform and the performance. At the same time，theoretical and empirical analysis is made on the industrial cluster layout，carbon emission measurement，production efficiency improvement and other practical achievements of Autaomazione from the perspectives of enterprise operation stability，resource utilization efficiency and industrial contribution. In the end，the paper discusses the future development plan and practice in the process of double carbon goal and high-quality development assisted by innovation of textile manufacturing industry cluster.
