随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的兴起,数字技术与实体技术、数字经济与实体经济呈现融合程度不断深化的趋势,其中制造业是数实融合最主要的产业部门。本文提出,制造业数实融合的范围包括企业内部全领域、价值链全周期和供应链全生态;在形态上表现为要素融合、技术融合、设施融合和产品融合。制造业数实融合以连接为基础、以数据为核心、以算力为支撑、以算法为驱动,并通过整合多维数据、发现潜在知识、替代人力劳动、编码行业知识、软件定义产品、创新商业模式等功能,发挥对制造业的赋能作用。针对我国制造业数实融合面临的制造能力、数字化水平、数字化能力、数据流动等多方面的制约,需要加快信息基础设施建设,推动数字技术创新,促进制造企业数字化转型,完善数字经济法律法规和政策,加强数字经济领域的国际合作。
<<With the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,digital technology and real technology,digital economy and real economy show a trend of deepening integration,of which manufacturing is the most important industrial sector for digital and real integration. This paper proposes that the scope of digital and real integration of manufacturing industry includes all fields within enterprises,the whole cycle of the value chain and the whole ecology of the supply chain. In terms of form,it is manifested as element integration,technology integration,facility integration and product integration. The integration of digital and reality in the manufacturing industry is based on connection,data-core,supported by computing power,driven by algorithms,and plays an enabling role in the manufacturing industry by integrating multi-dimensional data,discovering potential knowledge,replacing human labor,coding industry knowledge,software-defined products,and innovative business models. In view of the constraints of manufacturing capacity,digital level,digital capability,data flow and other aspects faced by the integration of digital and real manufacturing in China,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of information infrastructure,promote digital technology innovation,promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,improve digital economy laws,regulations and policies,and strengthen international cooperation in the field of digital economy.
