Service-oriented manufacturing is a new industry form in which manufacturing and services are deeply integrated in the process of industrialization，it gives impetus to the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. In the global trend，service-oriented manufacturing has become a common phenomenon in the development of manufacturing industry in developed countries over 20-30 years practices of servitization. The lack of manufacturing enterprises with international influence and competitiveness causes the gap of service-oriented manufacturing development between China and major international economies. In recent years，service-oriented manufacturing has made a great progress with national support and government co-ordinated layout，along with the joint efforts of all sectors of society. Moreover，service-oriented manufacturing plays an important role in stabilizing economy，spurring vitality of market entities and exploring new demands.
