The implementation of Rural Revitalization is a major decision-making plan made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a major national development strategy. As a vulnerable group，the development and employment of rural disabled people is an important part of the national strategy of rural revitalization. Under the guidance of the local government and with the help of various forces，Yunqiu Mountain Scenic Spot in Shanxi Province has created the Yuangu Hope Farm Project for five years，which has implemented the national strategy of rural revitalization with high quality，promoted poverty alleviation through business development，and effectively solved the employment problem of the persons with disabilities in rural areas，which is of typical significance in the supportive employment projects for the persons with disabilities. The project takes the local rural poor disabled and their families as the service object，relying on the scenic resources and social impact of tourist attractions，explores the development model of “micro-entrepreneurship+green seed demonstration drive+expert guidance”，which provides a new way of thinking for the employment of disabled people.
