Based on the in-depth analysis of the employment work of the persons with disabilities in Xiamen Employment Service Center for the persons with disabilities in recent years，this report summarizes the advantages，disadvantages and prospects of the professionalization of employment service for the persons with disabilities in Xiamen from the aspects of the current situation and difficulties of the professionalization of employment service for the persons with disabilities. By strengthening its own construction and using professional skills，Xiamen Employment Service Center for the persons with disabilities provides multi-level，personalized and differentiated services for the persons with disabilities，and promotes the employment rate of the persons with disabilities to rank top in the province，but in the professionalization of employment services for the persons with disabilities，it also needs to improve the policy of assistance，realize the standardization of employment security for the persons with disabilities and strengthen it. In order to maximize the effectiveness of employment services for the persons with disabilities in Xiamen，we should improve the precision of employment services for the persons with disabilities，encourage different social subjects to participate in services，promote the convenience of employment services，analyze the differentiated needs of the persons with disabilities，and improve the employment network of the persons with disabilities.
