The employment rate，employment channels，legitimate rights and interests，vocational skills，employment support and employment publicity of the persons with disabilities have been anchored，and the employment assistance services for the persons with disabilities have been done well. The number of new real-name employment of the persons with disabilities in Nanjing has increased year by year. It has created the “Huiaifang” brand project of entrepreneurship and employment for the persons with disabilities，and the first subway station in China with the theme of “helping the persons with disabilities with love”. At present，the employment assistance service for the persons with disabilities in Nanjing is still facing a series of challenges：the policy guarantee needs to be improved，the enthusiasm of employers for the employment of the persons with disabilities needs to be improved，the employment ability of the persons with disabilities needs to be further improved，and the employment intention of the persons with disabilities need to be further strengthened. Accordingly，it is proposed to improve the employment policies and regulations for the persons with disabilities，enhance the level of employment security for the persons with disabilities，strengthen the cultivation of disabled service institutions，enhance the employment service capacity of the persons with disabilities，and strengthen policy guidance to enhance the employment willingness of the persons with disabilities.
