In recent years，China has gradually explored the employment support mode for the persons with disabilities based on the Internet，and has accumulated some practical experience of “Internet+employment for the persons with disabilities”. Generally speaking，the development history of “Internet+employment for the persons with disabilities” is relatively short，and it has experienced a period of exploration and rapid growth. It has achieved remarkable results in the realization of individual value for the persons with disabilities，the employment policy for the persons with disabilities，and the construction of information accessibility. The government has actively guided the persons with disabilities to use the Internet for employment and entrepreneurship. However，“Internet+employment for the persons with disabilities” still faces many challenges，such as unbalanced regional development of Internet services，insufficient standardization of information accessibility legislation，low popularization of information accessibility，policy support to be strengthened，and social support system to be improved. In order to effectively respond to the challenges，it is necessary to improve the policies and regulations of “Internet+employment for the persons with disabilities”，enhance the support services of “Internet+employment for the persons with disabilities”，optimize the evaluation and training of “Internet plus employment for people with disabilities”，and constantly explore new forms of “Internet + employment for people with disabilities”.
