近年来,我国逐渐探索出了基于互联网的残疾人就业支持模式,积累了“互联网+残疾人就业”的实践经验。总的来看,“互联网+残疾人就业”的发展历史较短,经历了探索期、快速发展期,在残疾人实现个体价值、残疾人就业政策保障、信息无障碍建设方面取得了显著的发展成效,政府积极引导残疾人利用互联网进行就业创业。但是“互联网+残疾人就业”的发展仍然面临着诸多挑战,互联网服务区域间发展水平不平衡、残疾人群体内就业能力不平衡、信息无障碍立法规范性不够、信息无障碍普及程度不高、政策扶持力度有待加大、社会支持体系有待健全。为有效应对挑战,需要完善“互联网+残疾人就业”的政策法规,改进“互联网+残疾人就业”的支持服务,优化“互联网+残疾人就业”的评估与培训,探索“互联网+残疾人就业”的新形式。

In order to effectively respond to the challenges,it is necessary to improve the policies and regulations of “Internet+employment for the persons with disabilities”,enhance the support services of “Internet+employment for the persons with disabilities”,optimize the evaluation and training of “Internet plus employment for people with disabilities”,and constantly explore new forms of “Internet + employment for people with disabilities”.
