残疾人就业的社会环境是指在残疾人就业过程中各组织与个体之间的交互作用,主要包含政治因素、经济因素、文化因素、信息因素等。当前我国残疾人就业发展稳步推进,就业渠道不断拓宽,就业人数持续提升,但是政治、经济、文化、信息等社会环境因素对残疾人就业产生了深刻影响。本报告深入分析了影响残疾人就业的社会环境因素,从宏观调控、环境营造、观念转变、就业指导四个层面提出对策建议,以期进一步改善残疾人就业情况,提高广大残疾人及其家人的生活质量。
<<The social environment of the employment of the persons with disabilities refers to the interaction between organizations and individuals in the process of employment of the persons with disabilities,mainly including political factors,economic factors,cultural factors,information factors and so on. At present,the employment development of the persons with disabilities in China is steadily advancing,the employment channels are constantly expanding,and the number of employed people is continuously increasing,but the social environmental factors such as politics,economy,culture and information have a profound impact on the employment of the persons with disabilities. This report deeply analyzes the social environmental factors affecting the employment of the persons with disabilities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of macro-control,environmental construction,employment guidance and concept change,in order to further improve the employment situation of the persons with disabilities and improve the quality of life of the persons with disabilities and their families.
