The social environment of the employment of the persons with disabilities refers to the interaction between organizations and individuals in the process of employment of the persons with disabilities,mainly including political factors,economic factors,cultural factors,information factors and so on. At present,the employment development of the persons with disabilities in China is steadily advancing,the employment channels are constantly expanding,and the number of employed people is continuously increasing,but the social environmental factors such as politics,economy,culture and information have a profound impact on the employment of the persons with disabilities. This report deeply analyzes the social environmental factors affecting the employment of the persons with disabilities,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of macro-control,environmental construction,employment guidance and concept change,in order to further improve the employment situation of the persons with disabilities and improve the quality of life of the persons with disabilities and their families.
