This report takes the employment of disabled college students as the research object，starting from the development process of higher special education for the persons with disabilities，reviews the employment development process of disabled college students in China. On the basis of government statistics，research reports and a large number of documents，this report describes the current situation of employment development of disabled college students in China. From the four dimensions of society，policy，education and disabled college students themselves，this report analyzes the employment problems of disabled college students，and puts forward some countermeasures，such as strengthening the construction of barrier-free environment support，improving the social employment environment，giving full play to government functions，perfecting the employment policy system of disabled college students，strengthening the educational function of colleges and universities，perfecting the employment service system，improving self-ability，and actively participating in employment.
