It is an important foundation for the full-scale construction of the Xiaokang and “No one can be left behind” for the disabled. Under the guidance of the concept of the disabled in modern civilized society，the employment of the disabled in our country has gone through three stages：Centralized employment，proportional employment and diversified employment. At present，the employment of the disabled in our country shows a good development trend，the policy and regulation system of the employment of the disabled has been formed，and the employment of the disabled presents a diversified development situation，the scale of employment of persons with disabilities in urban and rural areas has been continuously expanded，the capacity of employment services for persons with disabilities has been steadily enhanced，and the competition for vocational training and skills of persons with disabilities has achieved fruitful results. However，they are also facing the impact of the changes in the macro-situation on the employment policy of the disabled，and there are also factors of the poor structure of the employed population of the disabled，there are some problems，such as insufficient supply of employment services for the disabled and lack of responsibilities of the government and relevant departments. We should enhance confidence，tap the employment potential of the disabled，clarify their employment ideas，and press down on their responsibilities，so as to promote full and high-quality employment of the disabled.
