The “Yixin for the Public” procuratorial cloud platform，jointly launched by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China，together with the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and relevant responsible comrades of the central committees of the other political parties On July 19，2022，which equipped with functions such as lead reporting，lead evaluation，professional consultation，participation in hearings，follow-up observation，public supervision，and promoting the rule of law，while providing legal services for disabled volunteers，it also innovates and optimizes procuratorial services to assist the disabled in a way that is based on the rule of law，leading and promoting the high-quality development of volunteer services for the disabled in the new era with more intelligent，standardized and accurate paths and methods. China’s procuratorial public interest litigation volunteer service for the disabled will comprehensively strengthen the coordination with the China Association of Disabled Volunteers，and on the basis of supervising the unified and correct implementation of laws and regulations on the construction of barrier-free environments，jointly promote the revision and improvement of the Law on the Protection of Disabled Persons，and create a brand of procuratorial assistance for the disabled.
