Voluntary service organization for PWD is one of the important forces in the development of voluntary service for PWD，understanding the current situation and problems of the development of volunteer service organizations for the disabled in China is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of volunteer service for the disabled. This report adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods，collects data on volunteer service organizations for the disabled from the China Disabled Persons’ Career Statistical Yearbook，the Disabled Persons’ Career Development Statistical Bulletin and other related development reports，and analyzes the development history，current situation and problems of volunteer service organizations for the disabled in China by combining the relevant policy documents of volunteer service for the disabled. The analysis finds that after the budding，starting and rapid development stages，China’s voluntary service organizations for the disabled have entered the standardized and systematic development stage. At this stage，the number of volunteer service organizations for people with disabilities in China has increased steadily，their scale has been growing，their types of organizations have become more and more diversified，and their forms of activities have become richer and richer. At the same time，it is also found that there are still some problems in China’s voluntary service organizations for people with disabilities：lack of awareness of voluntary service for people with disabilities，difficulties in registering organizations，inadequate management of organizations and insufficient resources. The report suggests that in the future，we can promote the healthy development of volunteer service organizations for people with disabilities from three aspects：concept renewal，socialization and institutional supply，and promote the high-quality development of volunteer service for people with disabilities in China.
