Which outstanding performance on their intention to define Pacific Island countries（PICs）as military “priority partners” in the Indo-Pacific region and keep strengthening security cooperation through multilateral and bilateral means；developing political relations with PICs both online and offline at multiple levels；changing their policy on climate change issues to wins compliments from PICs；expanding economic relations with the PICs in various fields，including development assistance，trade and economic cooperation，its pandemic prevention assistance has becames an important means of promoting US-PICs relations；carrying out various cultural activities to export American sense of values.
