“残友”在其基金会、社会组织群和社会企业群“三位一体”架构下,通过立足社会企业搭建残疾人自主就业平台,依靠社会组织提供专业、无缝的就业支持服务,营造独特企业文化,稳定残疾员工队伍以及提高社会企业市场竞争力,确保残疾人就业可持续等措施,完成了残疾人从“被动安置”到“自主就业”的转型,有力促进了该群体劳动权利的实现。“残友”模式的经验提示我们,应当做好残疾人自主就业的指导和培训工作,导入社会组织服务残疾人自主就业,扶持和规范社会企业发展并重视发挥残疾人自身在自主就业中的带动和示范作用。
<<Under its trinity structure of social enterprise clusters,social organizations and foundation,CANYOU accelerated the transition from “passive placement” to “self-employment” of persons with disabilities by building self-employment platform on the basis of providing professional employment support through social organizations,creating unique corporate culture to stabilize its disabled employees and enhancing competitiveness of its social enterprises to guarantee sustainability of the employment of persons with disabilities,thus promoted significantly the right to work enjoyed by this group. The “CANYOU” experience indicates that it is essential to strengthen guidance and training in self-employment,introduce social organizations to provide services necessary to self-employment for persons with disabilities,encourage and regulate development of social enterprise and attach more importance to the leading and demonstrating effects of persons with disabilities themselves in self-employment.
