In 2018，China made important progress in international human rights cooperation and exchanges. China mainly focused on advocating win-win cooperation and promoting international cooperation in eliminating poverty in international human rights field，and the idea of win-win cooperation was written into the resolution of the UN Human Rights Council and became international human rights discourse. As for the regular multilateral and bilateral cooperation and exchanges，China still participated actively and played a constructive role. China made significant progress in both multilateral and bilateral cooperation and exchanges，and passed the third UPR smoothly. Meanwhile，the international exchange activities in non-official level were very active and played an important role.
