In 2016，China made new progress in conducting international cooperation and exchanges in human rights field and acted more actively and more initiatively than before.It mainly displays as that China pointed out some new ideas about international human rights cooperation and exchanges；made use of the moment of the 30 anniversary of the Declaration of the Right to Development to speak out China's ideas about human rights；and dealt with human rights challenges more calmly.Specifically，China actively promoted international cooperation in protecting specific group's rights，and had new performance in cooperation with the specialized human rights agencies in the UN.Officially multilateral human rights cooperation is the major part for China.In addition，the official bilateral human rights cooperation and exchanges put up some new characteristics，among them the human rights consultation with the developing countries become the new highlight.Meanwhile，the international exchange activities in non-official level are very active and show some new forms.
