2018年，全国人大、全国人大常委会和国务院分别采取了一系列立法措施。现行宪法得到了部分修改，十几部新的法律和行政法规获得通过，几十部现行法律和行政法规被修订、修改或废止。以宪法为核心的中国特色社会主义法治体系继续得到完善，人权的立法保障进一步加强。

The NPC，it’s Standing Committee and the State Council of the PRC adopted a series of legislative measures in 2018. The present Constitution was partly amended，and dozens of laws or regulations were adopted，amended or abolished. The system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics was continually improved，and the legal protection for human rights was further strengthened.
