The enforcement of the Administrative Law in supervision pay more attention to the protection of human rights in 2012. To be specific，the human rights consciousness of administrative departments at all levels have been greatly enhanced，the administrative law enforcement system construction of local government more emphasis on the protection of human rights，the protection of human rights in administrative law enforcement practice have been improved，reconstruction of administrative law enforcement basis on human rights guarantee has become a consensus. However，the current administrative law enforcement still exist some structural problems. The category of human rights protection will be more clearly in the reform of administrative law enforcement，so that the administrative law enforcement system and supervision system will be improved.
