In 2016，the NPC，its Standing Committee and the State Council of China continuously carried out a series of human rights related legislative activities.Dozens of laws or regulations relating to the rights to adequate standards of living，education，health，social security，cultural life，freedom of association，freedom of expression，privacy，honor and property were adopted or amended.While China made a new progress in human rights related legislation，it still has onerous tasks in this field in the near future.
