In 2016，measures had been taken by Chinese government in the prevention of school violence，including strengthening policy guide and implementation oversight，implementing school violence prevention measures；establishing a comprehensive school violence prevention system，as well as promoting legal education in schools，etc..However，there are still challenges in the prevention of school violence due to insufficient legal measure for school violence prevention，lacking of human rights protection concepts as well as social common sense against violence，and the absence of professional institutes in the prevention of school violence.In order to improve the effect of school violence prevention，we must strength the legal liability of schools，perfecting judicial punishment measures，laying more emphasis on early education against violence，as well as make the leading role of schools functional in the prevention of school violence.
