In 2016，China has put the rights of classified security about the plight of children into an important part of protecting the rights of children.The Chinese government has gradually improved the legal policy support system，the formation of the protection of multiple subjects，strengthen the classification of the plight of children，established and improved the work system，structuring and improving the work system for children protection and reinforce work safeguards of the plight of children.However，the protection about the rights of children in difficult situations still faces a lot of challenges.We need to improve the existing system through following three aspects：completing the legal system of the plight of children，enhancing the linked mechanism of inter-departmental cooperation，standardizing the government to buy social service behavior.
