The protection of development rights of minority rights in Xinjiang faced some challenges because of special ethno-geography of Xinjiang.In order to help Xinjiang to solve development issue and promote the development rights of minority there，Central government organized peer to peer support and arranged developed provinces and cities to help Xinjiang in economy，education and infrastructure development.Currently，Peer to peer support of Xinjiang achieved great progress.In order to full use of the role of peer to peer support，we advise that supporters to strengthen their economic and educational support，and promote the development rights of ethnic minorities.
