2011年以来，中国农村扶贫开发进入了新阶段。新阶段扶贫开发的特点是国家扶贫开发投入大幅增加，连片贫困地区成为扶贫开发的主战场，三位一体的大扶贫格局基本形成。但是，中国农村扶贫开发仍然面临贫困人口规模庞大、相对贫困问题严重、地方政府配套资金不足的挑战。
<<China’s rural Poverty Reduction has got into the new phase since 2011.The characteristic of rural Poverty Reduction in the new phase is that the national investment on poverty reduction increased substantially，the contiguous areas of poverty become the main battlefield of poverty reduction and the integrate pattern of poverty reduction has been formed. However，China has faced great challenge in rural poverty alleviation.
