Mineral resources industry are one of the high-risk industries for human rights. With the deepening development of the “going global” strategy and the “Belt and Road” initiative，Chinese enterprises face more and more environmental risks and human rights risks in the mineral supply chain. The CCCMC has，by developing industry standards，guided enterprises to conduct due diligence management of human rights，actively participated in the development of international human rights rules，made efforts to prevent human rights risks for Chinese enterprises，contributed to the building of a responsible mineral supply chain system suitable for Chinese enterprises，compiling risk brief of China’s overseas mining investment，and has been highly concerned and positively evaluated by the public at home and abroad. The implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in practice requires the concerted efforts of the Chinese government，enterprises，industry organizations and academia.
