China’s international cooperation and exchanges are mainly divided into governmental and non-governmental levels in 2021，and made great progress in both levels. At the governmental level，as we continue to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic，with the continuation of regular multilateral and bilateral cooperation，online exchange and cooperation have become an important way to deal with the epidemic. At the non-governmental level，international cooperation and exchanges are mainly reflected in the active participation of Chinese human rights organizations in international human rights activities. During 2021，Chinese human rights organizations have been actively conducted and participated in rich and colorful international human rights activities in online and offline forms. Meanwhile，the international human rights challenge facing China in 2021 is also very severe，to which China has adopted a multi-faceted response and achieved good results.
