In recent years，the project of “Safe China” has achieved remarkable results in the construction of legal system，prevention of major risks，fighting crime，regulating cyberspace，and combating and rooting out organized crime. At the same time，profound adjustments and changes in domestic and international patterns and situations have also made China face a series of new challenges. The Communist Party of China and the Chinese government must adhere to a holistic view of national security，handle development and security issues in a coordinated way，actively adapt to the new expectations of the people，so as to build a safe China from a higher starting point and at a higher level，and protect the people’s right to security.
