The concept of co-prosperity is a Chinese innovation for Marx and Engels’ thought，which greatly highlights the superiority of the socialist system. The main body，the content，the requirements and realization methods of the construction of co-prosperity demonstration area are consistent with the equal right to development. Various measures are taken to promote the realization of the equal right to development in Zhejiang co-prosperity demonstration area. However，there are still some obstacles in practice. It necessary to promote scientific and technology innovation，adhere to the people-centered thought and follow the rule of law. This would generate internal growth momentum，stimulate multi-participation，avoid and defuse all kinds of risks. This could provide provincial-level experiences for other areas in China. The Chinese model and wisdom of guaranteeing the equal right to development can be demonstrated for abroad.
