As a professional force，supportive social organizations participate in various aspects of community governance by “introducing and nurturing multiple subjects”，“building support networks and promoting inter-subject cooperation”，“utilizing community public space” and “forming a long-term mechanism for community governance”. By “introducing and nurturing multiple subjects”，“building a support network and promoting cooperation among subjects” and “utilising community public space to form a long-term mechanism for community governance”，we have，on the one hand，built a pattern of shared governance with multiple subjects for collaborative community governance and，on the other，effectively revitalised and systematically increased the stock of social capital in the community. The formation of a collaborative community governance pattern and the accumulation of community social capital have a “mutual structure” relationship，and the synergistic development of the two enables the realisation of community governance and good governance.
