    从典型场景化应用透视虚拟数字人商业模式建构

    摘要

    2021年以来,虚拟主播、虚拟记者等虚拟数字人应用开始引发关注,2022年北京冬奥会上近30位虚拟数字人的集群式展示风姿更是成为一道亮丽景观。作为感知交互的新型终端,虚拟数字人既是未来重要的新型流量入口,也是以人格化特质承载人们情感寄托的重要载体,并且依托IP运营、流量运营和粉丝运营越来越多地介入社会文化关系建构之中,产业化前景被广为看好,但目前由于商业模式不明晰,难以形成产业层面的规模化、集约化效应。未来虚拟人运营在价值主张定位上要依托技术进步在虚拟人与自然人之间相通点与相异点的发掘上做足功课,在人与“人”之间的情感化联结与差异化体验两个维度上持续优化,围绕目标人群在特定场景下的需求痛点设计功能落点;在赢利模式方面,要把C端人群聚合与B端服务深化有机结合,把虚拟人的IP价值与功能价值有机协同,尽可能拓展多元化循环回报收入端口。

    Abstract

    Since 2021, virtual anchors, virtual journalists and other virtual digital human applications began to attract attention. In 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, nearly 30 virtual digital people's collective display style became a beautiful landscape. As a new terminal of perceptual interaction, virtual digital people is not only an important new traffic entry in the future, but also an important carrier to carry people's emotional sustenance with personal characteristics. Moreover, relying on IP operation, traffic operation and fan operation, virtual digital people are increasingly involved in the construction of social and cultural relations. The industrialization prospect is widely promising, but due to the unclear business model at present, It is difficult to form the scale and intensive effect at the industrial level. In the future, in terms of value proposition positioning, virtual human operation should rely on technological progress, do a full homework on the exploration of the similarities and differences between virtual human and natural person, continuously optimize the two dimensions of emotional connection and differentiated experience between human and "human", and design functional landing points around the pain points of demand of target people in specific scenes. In terms of profit model, it is necessary to organically combine C-end crowd aggregation with B-end service deepening, organically coordinate IP value and functional value of virtual human, and expand diversified circular return income port as far as possible.
