<<This paper analyzes the cultivation and promotion of skilled talents in BEWG from the perspective of the group’s front-line talent strategy. The directional transfer of skilled talents from schools to enterprises is well accomplished with the help of 1+X certificate and enterprise self-evaluation. It then illustrates how the enterprise improves the abilities of skilled talents and transfers advanced technical experience back to the schools,which creates a positive cycle for both sides. Based on this,we explore the reform and promotion of front-line staff team building in enterprises.
