    国有科技型企业实施股权激励实践探析——以广西交通投资集团下属科技公司...

    摘要

    推进国有科技型企业实施股权激励事关国有企业改革发展大局,通过实施股权激励,探索建立中长期激励措施,是激发企业自身发展活力的重要手段,是有效解决人才流失等困扰企业长期优质发展难题的重要抓手。本文介绍了广西交通投资集团下属交投科技实施股权激励的工作情况。首先分析了实施股权激励的目的和意义,其次陈述了实施股权激励的方法和步骤,总结了实施股权激励存在的问题以及取得的成效,最后对实施股权激励工作的经验进行了探讨。

    Abstract

    Promoting the implementation of stock-based incentive mechanisms in state-owned scientific and technological enterprises is crucial to the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. By implementing a stock-based incentive mechanism,enterprises could explore medium- to long-term incentive measures and stimulate their vitality,which is vital for effectively solving problems such as brain drain that impede their sustainable and high-quality development. This paper introduces the implementation of a stock-based incentive mechanism in the technology company affiliated with Guangxi Communications Investment Group. This study first analyzes the purpose and significance of the stock-based incentive mechanism. Then it illustrates the methods and steps of its implementation. After summarizing the existing problems and achievements,this paper finally probes into the experience of implementing a stock-based incentive mechanism.
