This paper introduces the multi-dimensional scientific and technological talents evaluation system oriented to “innovation ability” of the talent，which is established by China Coal Technology and Engineering Group（CCTEG）through innovating the evaluation standards and techniques. CCTEG identifies the status quo of scientific and technological talents from all perspectives and explores the rules behind their growth and development by adopting digital evaluation techniques. Hence，we provide a scientific and objective basis for the planning and management of scientific and technological talents，laying a solid foundation for the refined and digital management of these talents.
