<<This paper focuses on the common pain points of performance management in practice from the perspective of Management Consulting. By analyzing the status quo and problems of the performance system of an R&D-driven enterprise,we identify the deep-seated reasons and the key factors that affect its performance. On this basis,we customize a performance system that concisely fits its strategy,conforms to the market,and matches the development of talents,which will help the enterprise solve long-term problems,and lay a foundation for the rapid development of the enterprise.
