在充满不确定性的商业环境下,组织架构及岗位设置的频繁变化对人才管理提出新的要求。过去“平面式”以岗择人的管理方式已无法适应现实需求,因此本文提出“交互式”以人适岗的管理模式。为更好实现“交互式”人才管理,本文提出关键事件论,关键事件特指具有新颖性、刺激性,对个人能力成长极具价值的工作事项,关键事件更具体,比以往笼统的工作经历更能提升员工能力,提升人才管理效果。结合金融行业实际,本文制定了金融行业领导力关键事件库,并从“以事引人”“以事评人”“以事育人”的角度,提出如何在金融行业人力资源管理中运用关键事件论。
<<Facing the uncertain business environment,the frequent changes of organizational structure and post settings put forward new requirements for talent management. This paper constructs the key events database of financial industry leadership,and illustrates how these events improve the accuracy of talent prediction and development from three aspects:“attracting talents by events,evaluating talents by events and cultivating talents by events”,helping organizations cope with the challenges of talent management.
