组织领导力发展在新时代下需要新的思路。研究发现,组织在领导力发展中主要存在四个方面的问题:对领导力的认知不够、不清楚领导力发展的手段和路径、领导力发展效果评估不够、领导力发展的组织支持力度缺乏。报告据此提出组织领导力发展的APEO模型:Awareness(构建领导力认知)、Path(完善领导力发展的手段和路径)、Effect(明确领导力效能)、Organizational(将领导力发展组织化),并在此基础上建立健康评价表以评估组织领导力发展体系搭建的有效性。
<<The development of organizational leadership needs new ideas in the new era. In the leadership development within an organization,four main problems are found:insufficient cognition of leadership,uncertainty of the methods to develop leadership,insufficient evaluation of leadership development effects and lack of organizational support for leadership development. These are also the highlights of leadership development in bench-marking organizations. Based on this,the APEO model of organizational leadership development is put forward:Awareness(in building leadership),Path(to improve leadership development),Effect(of leadership to be identified)and Organizational(leadership development building). Hence,a health evaluation form is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of an organizational leadership development system.
