突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对人类社会造成了巨大的冲击和影响,不仅使全球经济运作模式发生了改变,也对企业的经营管理提出了挑战,引发企业人力资源管理的调整。在疫情防控常态化时期,居家办公、线上招聘等灵活的工作方式盛行,人力资源管理传统模式已不能完全适应环境的快速变化,柔性导向的人力资源管理模式是企业有效应对未来发展不确定性和市场竞争复杂性的必要选择。本文通过对柔性导向人力资源管理系统的演变、研究现状进行分析,探究疫情期间柔性导向人力资源管理系统的发展,分析现存的问题,并基于此提出研究展望与建议。
<<The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has great impact on human society. It not only changes the performance of global economy,but also challenges the operation and management of enterprises,causing the adjustment of human resources management in enterprises. In the epidemic era,flexible working methods such as home office and online recruitment are prevalent,while traditional modes of human resource management can’t adapt to the rapid changes of the environment well. Flexible-oriented human resource management system is a necessary choice for enterprises to effectively cope with the future uncertainty and the complexity of market competition. This paper analyzes the evolution and research status of flexible-oriented human resource management,explores its development in the epidemic era,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward research prospects and suggestions.
