    蓝领行业发薪模式探索——“发日薪”模式或将改变中国蓝领行业发薪历史进程

    摘要

    由于疫情大环境和人口红利消失的大背景的影响,蓝领行业迎来了前所未有的挑战。蓝领招聘从买方市场变成卖方市场带来了招人难、招人贵的难题,如何对蓝领进行合理有效的管理成为行业难题之一。安心云人事首创的“发日薪”模式,解决了蓝领“怕被骗、早拿钱”的诉求,提高了蓝领从业者的信任度和满意度,更愿意长期留职,从源头上解决了留人的问题。所以“发日薪”模式,更能保证员工的留存,从而直接减少招聘成本,提升工作效率。

    Abstract

    In the context of the pandemic and the disappearance of demographic dividend,the recruitment of blue-collar workers is facing unprecedented challenges. It has changed from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market,which makes recruitment difficult and expensive. At the same time,it is also challenging for the industry to manage blue-collar workers in a reasonable and effective way. The “Daily Wage” model initiated by Anxin Cloud Human Resource Co.,Ltd. has solved the blue-collar workers’ “fear of being cheated” and satisfied their desire to “get wage early”. By securing blue-collar workers’ trust and satisfaction,the model solved the problem of retaining people fundamentally so that workers are more willing to work for a long time. Therefore,the new model can better ensure the retention of employees,thus directly reducing the recruitment cost and improving work efficiency.
