<<With the continuous reforms of state-owned enterprises and power system,it is urgent for subsidiaries of State Grid to seek new development in human resources to cope with the fierce market competition and shrinking profit margins. As an effective means to optimize the distribution of manpower,internal human resource market can give full play to the management effectiveness of human resources,utilize the internal human resource pool,promote the market-oriented management of human resources,optimize the market operation mechanism and improve the efficiency of enterprises. This study elaborates on building the internal human resource labor market among subsidiaries of State Grid from three aspects:the effect,requirements and main measures,aiming at providing new ideas in the market-oriented management of human resources for subsidiaries of State Grid and state-owned enterprises.
