The rapid and steady development of strategic industry clusters is crucial to the realization of the strategic concept of “building a modern industrial system with international competitiveness” in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area（the Greater Bay Area）. The industrial development is inseparable from the drive of talents. In this article，we analyze the key positions in the strategic industries to find out the high-level talents that are currently missing in the development of the strategic industries in the Greater Bay Area，and make suggestions for the introduction of talents in the strategic industries in the Greater Bay Area based on the analysis results.
