本文首先概括了我国家政服务业呈现用工形式以中介类为主、从业人员整体文化程度偏低、吸纳就业人数增长显著、人力资源供需缺口较大、行业薪酬逐渐攀升等特点,而后分析了家政服务业存在人力资源管理规范化水平较低,招人难留人难、职业稳定性差,全行业人员培训供给能力较弱,从业人员劳动权益保障不充分等问题。并提出,相较而言,领军家政服务企业的合规化、标准化、数字化程度高,有完善的人力资源管理和培训体系,劳务对接、培训就业一体化。本文认为,在政策、市场和技术的推动下,家政服务企业将呈现规范化、标准化和高质量发展等特点,吸引更多高素质年轻人进入。
<<This article firstly outlines the characteristics of China’s domestic service industry,such as intermediary nature as major employment model,the overall low quality of employees,the significant growth of job created,the large gap between supply and demand of human resources,and the gradual rise of salary,etc. It then analyzes problems of the domestic service industry,such as the low level of standardized human resource management,the difficulty of recruiting and retaining employees,the poor career stability,the weak supply capacity of industry-wide personnel training,and the inadequate protection of employees’ labor rights and interests. It is also proposed that,in comparison,leading domestic service enterprises have a high degree of compliance,standardization and digitalization,a perfect human resource management and training system,and the integration of labor matching,training and employment. This article argues that with the impetus of policy,market and technology,domestic service enterprises will show characteristics such as standardization,digitalization and high-quality development,attracting more high-quality young people to enter.
