In terms of talent guarantee,the construction of R&D talent team for smart connected vehicles is an important grasp for China’s smart connected vehicles to achieve leapfrog development and become a global smart connected vehicle leader. By analyzing the demand for R&D talents in the intelligent and connected vehicles industry,the current situation of enterprise R&D talents and problems and challenges,this article proposes the path and methods for the construction of R&D talent team of intelligent and connected vehicles in the context of new automobiles by combining the exploration and practice cases of typical enterprises in the industry.
