本文以万宝盛华集团2022人才短缺调查结果为依据,分析了数字化趋势下,我国人才短缺的整体状况:人才短缺程度创16年来最高水平、IT/数据技能类人才短缺程度增强、创新力及独创能力连续两年成为最难找到的软性技能。行业间:所有受访行业均面临人才短缺,信息技术、通信及媒体业IT/数据技能类职位最紧缺,制造业最稀缺创新力与独创能力;城市间:长三角地区人才短缺较严重,苏州的雇主最难填补IT/数据技能类职位,经济越活跃的城市对创新力与独创能力的依赖度越高;企业间:小型企业与大型企业人才短缺挑战较大,企业规模越大,越难以填补IT/数据技能类职位,越稀缺创新力与独创能力;解决人才短缺是一项复杂的议题,需要教育工作者、政府以及企业管理者等多方面的决策者携手应对。
<<Based on Man power Group’s 2022 Annual Talent Shortage Survey,this article analyses the status quo of talent shortage in China with the trend of digitalization:talent shortage is at its highest level in 16 years,the IT/data sector talent shortage has increased,and innovation and originality remains most scarce soft skills for the second year in a row. Trends among sectors:all sectors surveyed are facing talent shortage,with IT/data skills related jobs in IT,communications and media sectors most in need,and innovation and originality as skills in manufacturing industry most in need. Trends among cities:Yangzte River delta region faces most severe shortage of talent,while it is the most difficult for employers in Suzhou to filling in IT/data skills related jobs. The more economically active the city is,the greater its reliance on innovation and originality. Trends among enterprises:both small-sized and large-sized enterprises are facing great challenges in talent shortage. The larger the enterprise is,the harder for it to fill in IT/data skills related jobs,and to acquire skills of innovation and originality. Talent shortage is a complicated issues,which need to be addressed together by multiple decision-makers including education sector,government and entrepreneurs.
