2022年是实施“十四五”规划的关键之年,也是国家“构建以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进”新发展格局显现成效的一年。本文从国有企业决战决胜改革三年行动,外贸外资企业力争“平稳发展”,民营企业灵活用工,中小企业减负、稳岗、扩就业这几个方面论述了与各种类型企业人力资源相关的政策环境变化。
<<The year 2022 is critical for the implementation of 14th five-year plan in China. It is also a year when the new development pattern where “domestic and foreign markets can boost each other,with the domestic market as the mainstay” starts to yield results. This article discusses changes of policy environment related to human resources in various types of enterprises from several perspectives including:1)the successful completion of SOE reform three-year action plan of state-owned enterprises;2)“steady development” of foreign-invested enterprises;3)increased satisfaction degree towards business environment for 3 consecutive years of private companies;and 4)policies to ease business burden,keep employment stable and boost job creation for small and medium sized enterprises.
