It is a strategic measure for all countries or regions to strengthening their capital-attracting advantages and foster its friendly soft environment for economic growth by means of business environment improvement. Therefore，we not only need to focus on summarizing China’s domestic reform experiences，but also need to learn from global good practices. By examining typical studies on business environment evaluation and five typical countries or regions’ experiences like New Zealand，Singapore，England，Denmark and Hong Kong in China，this essay compares the convergence and divergence of business environment improvement from global perspectives. Finally，it proposes a series of policy suggestions for China’s sustainable business environment improvement based on international bench-marking.
