2021年以来,我国持续推进营商环境的市场化、法治化和国际化,持续开展营商环境评价,在北京、上海等六个城市开展营商环境创新试点。一系列优化营商环境的改革措施推动营商环境的便利化、法治化和国际化水平大幅提升。虽然我国优化营商环境取得巨大进步,但与完善社会主义市场经济制度的要求比仍存在差距,与推动经济高质量发展的要求还不完全适应,与市场主体和群众诉求还不完全适应。对标并建设国际一流营商环境,需要在今后工作中持续优化营商环境的目标,完善数字技术对优化营商环境的支持,完善营商环境评估工作。
<<Since 2021,China has continued to promote the marketization,legalization and internationalization of business environment,continued to carry out business environment assessment,and carried out business environment innovation pilot projects in six cities,including Beijing and Shanghai. A series of reform measures to optimize the business environment have promoted the facilitation,legalization and internationalization of the business environment. Although China has made great progress in optimizing the business environment,there is still a gap between it and the requirements of improving the socialist market economy system,and it is not fully adapted to the requirements of promoting high-quality economic development,as well as the demands of market subjects and the people. To benchmark and build an international first-class business environment,we need to continue to optimize the business environment in the future,improve the support of digital technology for optimizing the business environment,and improve the business environment assessment.
